Intro to Python

CodeX is proud to announce our first Introduction to Python course. The class will consist of hands-on instruction at the Emond Center for Engagement in Boston’s Seaport District. This course is offered at no cost to all members of the military community, including Veterans, Active Duty servicemembers, Guard/Reserve members, and Gold Star Family members.
Course participants will learn about the basics of computer science and fundamentals of programming in a relaxed, easy-to-learn atmosphere using the Python programming language.
Space will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis, with 10 seats available. Fill out the form to apply today!

Transportation: Parking passes and instructions will be available for students who indicate they will be driving.
We are also MBTA accessible via the #7 bus, and Silver Line routes 1, 2, and 3, from South Station.
Date: Monday, February 2nd - Friday, February 13th 2026. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night each week.
Time: 6PM- 9PM formal class, 9PM - 10PM optional study hour.

Will materials be provided?
Computers and all other necessary course materials will be provided on-site.
Who can participate?
The course is open to Veterans, Gold Star Family Members, Guard & Reserve Members, and all active duty service members.
Please note that documentation/proof of service will be necessary to verify military community status.
Is there a cost to take the course?
InnoVets is excited to offer this intro class at no cost to the course participants.
